Do I need an account to shop at Nutape?

Yes, you do. Easily created by clicking on the icon next to the navigation bar. You'll be prompted for any info and steps along the way. If you need help, or would rather place your order over the phone, give us a call on (011) 422-1538 or 078 034 3767.

Can I place an order via email or phone if I do not want to place an order online?

You can place your order by emailing and we will try our best to get your order to you without having to have to order directly from the website.

How long does delivery take?

3 – 7 working days. Outlying areas may take up to 10 working days.

What are the Shipping Fees?

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may visit and track your parcel.

Can I collect my order myself?

Collections are available from our Johannesburg branch during the following office hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 07.45 – 16.00
  • Friday 07.45 – 12.30

What is your returns policy?

At Nutape, our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straightforward as possible.

We are happy to accept unwanted goods that are returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase if the goods are returned in fully saleable condition with the proof of purchase. A refund or exchange will be offered up to the amount you paid for the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any unwanted goods that are returned without a proof of purchase or after the 30-day return period has passed.

Returns do not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and not suitable for return for reasons related to health or hygiene.

You will need to supply us with the Order Number as per your confirmation, as well as details of your return request.

We will then review your ‘Return of Goods’ request and get back to you as soon as possible with instructions.

We will keep you informed by sending you an email confirming the action we have taken and as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition we will issue you with replacement goods or the opportunity to exchange the item for another item of equal value or more.
