Engineering and Installation Guidance
• Apply wrap from the base of the pallet upward, ensuring the pallet boards are included for anchoring.
• Use 50% overlap (half-lapped layers) for consistent holding strength.
• Apply extra reinforcement wraps at the base and top corners of the pallet.
• For heavy or unstable loads, use 20 micron film and increase the number of layers.
• For sharp-edged loads, consider corner protectors or heavier gauge film to prevent puncturing.
• Recommended wrapping tension should be firm enough to stabilize the load without crushing cartons.
